At Phottix UK, our aim is to get your purchases to you as quickly and safely as possible. Each order is carefully inspected and packed before shipping. If an item you order is out of stock, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to let you know.

Important Note: For non UK Mainland Addresses we reserve the right to make an extra charge on shipping to parts of Scotland and the Channel Islands. We will contact you should an extra charge be required, we will never debit your card without your authorisation. For international deliveries please contact us for delivery charges.

For Orders placed before 12pm (Mon - Fri) we will aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours where items are in stock, we will contact you to advise if any items are not in stock. 

The following is to be used as a guide only, individual shipping costs may differ, however the actual delivery cost will be shown in your Shopping Basket/at the Checkout.

UK DELIVERY CHARGES

Product Type Price Delivery Service:

We charge a fixed price of £5.00 for postage and packaging under £150.00, orders over £150.00 are shipped free of charge to UK mainland addresses only. For international delivery rates please make contact with us for a quote before placing your order, any international order placed without receiving a quote could be subject to additional shipping costs. We will never debit your card without your authorisation.

We will ship orders under £150.00 using Royal Mail Signed For (approximately 2-3 Working Days)

All orders over £150.00 are dispatched by UK Courier Delivery (Next Working Day* by 6pm) A signature will be required for all deliveries. Although these delivery services are very reliable, they are not guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries and any consequential loss thereof. WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY IMPORT TAXES / DUTIES ON DELIVERY

This we cannot answer and is totally outside our control as it differs from country to country outside the EU, some have none, some have reasonable charges and countries like Brazil have very high charges. You need to check with your local customs dept and this information is usually available on their websites.
